There are lots of home “party” companies
today hawking everything from plastic food containers, to baskets, to lingerie.
All of these parties are good if you want to sell a household product and earn
points toward the item you really wanted to begin with, but imagine a card
reading party! With a card reading party EVERYONE gets something: a tarot card
reading and a great social occasion!
Treat the party as an both a social gathering and an introduction to the Tarot.

Duration
If there are more than 20
people, Madame Moonbeam will arrive with an assistant to help ensure that everyone in your group gets an opportunity to receive a reading that
will meet my high professional standards.
The number of people attending your party will dictate the type of card spread and reading each receives. With a party size of 15 people or less, each reading will last
for approximately 20 minutes. A group of more than 16 people will require adjustments in time accordingly with the shortest reading lasting approximately 10
minutes.
What will readings cover and will you tell my guests bad news?
Well I cannot give you a definitive answer
because all readings vary from person to person as each individual has their
own life issues, stresses, concerns, celebrations, and successes. My aim is to provide each with clarity and guidance on any underlying issues and give them
something to look forward to. I do not provide false hope which means I won't
tell them something just to make them feel good. I do not (even if requested) predict death,
health or legal matters as I am not a qualified doctor or lawyer.
If I don't see it in the cards, then I
just don't see it. My loyalty is with each
individuals card spread, so I am always truthful no matter how the
answers unfold. Of course, if I see something wonderful I'm going to let you
know that too!
What should party members to during their reading?
Please be open-minded and not have an
unwavering focus on one particular
question you want answered. I aim to
give you a world of information not
just solely on 'what you want
to hear, but rather what the universe wants you to know' and you'll have a much
clearer understanding of your own situation.
I find that when some people
come to a reader because they have just one
thing on their mind, they tend to
provide an energy block. To help prevent this please allow the reader to deliver any
messages they feel important and at the end of the reading, should you have any
questions in particular, please feel free to ask.
The areas I cover for these types of events
are based on your character,
relationships, work and finances. Tarot provides excellent answers and clarifications whether we
are looking at your past, your present, and future possibilities. We may also at those
single questions that need answers, for example:
"What is the likelihood of getting back with my ex?"
During the reading I am able to provide a lot of information however, please view the
readings as an overview of your situations. Should a guest
wish to have an 'in-depth' reading with me at a later date, I
will be sure to bring a supply of cards with my contact information for guests to
take with them.
Party Favors
For an extra fee, I also provide a party favor for each party member.
I have several suggestions for clever party
invitations as well as theme-based decorations. Please consult me for more
information.

DEPOSIT
To book my services you will need to first
pay a non-refundable deposit of
$50. You are paying a deposit to reserve
the date/time you are booking me for and the balance is to be paid in full to
me upon my arrival at the scheduled date and time. You may make this
payment via Paypal, cash, or certified check/money order. I will NOT accept
personal checks.
If any members of your party do not show up
or cancel one week or less
before the booked date, I still require payment in full, as though they were attending, which is why it is important as the 'host' that you arrange and collect the reading fee's from your friends before the day of the party. Again, prior to my beginning preparations for
readings (setting up table, etc.), I require payment for all readings in full.
To avoid embarrassment for both the host/hostess and Madame Moonbeam, please
plan a few minutes of private time away from your guests when I first arrive to make payment and
discuss any last minute needs or adjustments. I will attempt to prepare
an invoice prior to the scheduled party so that you can have the correct payment
ready and avoid complications.
Travel Expenses
I do not charge travel expenses for the first
10 mile radius of the Prescott "Whiskey Row" area. After the initial 10 miles, I do charge a per mile travel expense of .75 per mile. I estimate this distance using the Mapquest program for fair accuracy.
Out of state parties require airfare and hotel arrangements. Please contact me regarding any party outside of the state of Arizona.

PRICES
- Group readings up to 15 people: $20 per person
- Group readings 16+ people: $15 per person
A Common question is "What does a host have to do?"
So below, you will find a few pointers to help you 'host' a successful tarot
party!
1) Find 5 or more friends willing to come to
your home for a couple of hours to have a psychic reading!
2) Contact Madame Moonbeam with your proposed
number of people for party / date/time and await confirmation
details. Once a suitable date/time has been arranged...
3) Arrange and collect all monies from your
friends before or on day of booking my services, this is important! You
don’t want to get stuck paying for people who are not dependable or who may
cancel at the last minute. I can offer several options for party favors, so if
you are interested be sure to ask.
4) Officially "Book" my services by paying a
non-refundable deposit of $50 via Paypal or certified/registered check/money
order. Contact me for a mailing address if you are choosing to mail payment. The time and date of your party are not officially booked until I receive your deposit.
5) Any party favors will need to be paid for
up front as well. I will invoice you via email for these items.
6) After paying the deposit, I will send you confirmation via email. I will then ask you to confirm
the number of booked members attending the party and you
will receive confirmation of my arrival time via email as well. Once the deposit has been
paid there will not be any refunds. The balance of the full amount of booked
members will need to be paid on my arrival. (Remember: I may have given up
another party to attend yours!) I will email or telephone you the night before before to confirm my arrival time. If for some unforseen reason (unexpected traffic, etc.) I am will be any later than my scheduled time, I will telephone you to notify you of my expected arrival time.
7) On the day of the party have some
light refreshments ready for your friends and guests. You may want to make your
party a potluck and let people eat while each takes their turn getting their
cards read. You should arrange a quiet room in which I can read for your
friends. While your other guests await their turn in a separate room enjoy
your refreshments and visit with guests. Often guests will compare
readings with one another.
8) Soft music playing helps add to the “mood”
as do candles and incense. I can provide a CD of "Tarot" music to play during this time if you wish.
9) After the paid readings are complete the
host then gets their reading for free.
