All readings are NON-REFUNDABLE

 

NO refunds are given for any reason for Telephone, Skype, Email and/or Postal Service delivered readings.

 

If you are more than 10 minutes late in calling or arriving for your scheduled reading time, you will miss the appointment and will need to purchase another 

reading at the full cost.

 

No refunds of deposits or full payment made for Face to Face and Group party readings.  However if you cancel within 12 hrs of purchasing a reading you will have the opportunity to arrange another date/time. Only one extra date will be given.  If you miss or are late for this reading you will need to purchase the full cost of another reading.

 

By requesting a reading from Madame Moonbeam via Telephone, Skype, E-mail, postal service or in person, or any other means, you agree to the above terms and conditions. In addition, those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian in order to use my services. An email reading can take up to 7 working days from time of payment to reach you. Private sitting readings (Except group party readings) will consist of a five minute icebreaker taken within the reading duration time. 

 

In the rarest and extreme unforeseen emergency should Madame Moonbeam not be available for a reading you will be able to reschedule your reading and receive a 50% discount on your next reading with Madame Moonbeam. If you had a scheduled party, your deposit will be refunded and any monies paid for custom party favors. Madame Moonbeam is under no other obligation.

 

Madame Moonbeam holds the right to cease a reading in progress, refuse to do a reading, cancel, or re-schedule any reading at any time. Should rescheduling need to happen, you will not be charged for another re-scheduled date.
